No. You are purchasing a license to the outputs of the System, not a software tool to manage. Vane engineers and monitors the 7-Gate logic in the dark. You manage the yield.

The Aegis Protocol guarantees a minimum recovered revenue yield equal to 3x your Integration Capitalization within 90 days. If that threshold is not met, Vane continues to operate, maintain, and optimize the system at no additional cost to you until the 3x yield is achieved. During any continuation period, the Sovereign License is waived until the threshold is achieved.

Vane does not charge retainers. Our 15% Performance Royalty is applied strictly to the Revenue Delta — the new capital recovered above your Static Baseline. We only profit from money that did not exist before we arrived.

The Aegis Protocol continues to operate on your infrastructure. Your Sovereign License ($1,000/month) covers dedicated server allocation and logic gate maintenance. The 15% Performance Royalty continues on the Revenue Delta. Both are active for as long as you hold the license.
