1. OWNERSHIP OF SOVEREIGN ASSETS

All content, logic, database schemas, and architectural frameworks displayed on this site or delivered via the Aegis Protocol are the exclusive intellectual property of Vane Infrastructure Group ("Vane"). This includes, but is not limited to, the 7-Gate Logic Engine, the Entropy Audit framework, and all associated technical telemetry.

2. PROPRIETARY "BLACK BOX" PROTECTION

The Aegis Protocol is a proprietary system. Access to the outputs of the System does not constitute a transfer of ownership or a right to the underlying codebase. Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or replicate the logic gates, n8n routing, or Supabase schemas utilized by Vane is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of international intellectual property law.

3. TRADEMARK NOTICE

"VANE," "Vane Infrastructure Group," and "The Aegis Protocol" are trademarks of Vane. Unauthorized use of these marks in connection with any service that is likely to cause confusion among partners or disparage the Vane brand is strictly prohibited.

4. PERMISSIBLE USE

Partners are granted a limited, revocable license to utilize the revenue-recovery outputs generated by the System strictly for internal business operations. You may not distribute or resell the logic or the frameworks provided during the diagnostic or deployment phases.

5. ENFORCEMENT

Vane Infrastructure Group aggressively protects its technical moats. Unauthorized use of our proprietary assets will result in immediate infrastructure severance and legal pursuit of damages.
