VANE INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP: PRIVACY & DATA SOVEREIGNTY POLICY

1. THE ZERO-LEAK MANDATE

Vane Infrastructure Group (“Vane”) operates under a strict “Zero-Leak” framework. We acknowledge that our Partners’ internal CRM data and lead flow constitute their primary competitive advantage. Vane does not sell, rent, or distribute Partner data to third-party entities.

2. INFRASTRUCTURE ISOLATION

When a Partner engages Vane for an Entropy Audit or an Aegis Protocol deployment, data is processed exclusively within secure, isolated Virtual Private Servers (VPS). The Aegis Protocol functions as a “Black Box” integration, temporarily ingesting data to execute logic-gate routing and immediately outputting the optimized data back to the Partner’s native environment.

Vane utilizes enterprise-grade, encrypted sub-processors for perimeter firewall defense, asynchronous logic routing, and secure communication routing to maintain the integrity of the Aegis Protocol.

3. DATA COLLECTION PARAMETERS

For system diagnostics and royalty calculations, Vane tracks:

• System Telemetry: API call frequency, webhook latency, and logic-gate success rates.

• Revenue Deltas: Gross revenue figures strictly utilized to calculate the “Static Baseline” and the subsequent 15% Performance Royalty.

• Operational Contacts: Direct communication details of the Partner’s primary technical and financial decision-makers.

4. ALGORITHMIC ANONYMITY

While the Aegis Protocol utilizes advanced data-routing models to facilitate perpetual re-engagement loops, all personally identifiable information (PII) within a Partner’s database is strictly compartmentalized before interacting with external endpoints.

5. SEVERANCE & DATA DELETION

Upon contract termination and the conclusion of the 6-Month Royalty Tail, Vane severs all API connections and purges Partner-specific routing caches from our active servers. To request manual data deletion, contact: legal@useaegis.net.
